Return & Refund Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

While we fully believe in every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our products.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, just pay for return shipping costs and we will help you process a full refund.

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.

This 30-Day policy applies to all products unless listed below.

Some brands will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs 

Products in which all sales are final and may only be returned will be updated.

Renewable Outdoors reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply. 

Please view product pages for specific return details. Some manufacturer restrictions may apply. 

In the event of damaged or defective products, we will help in getting an exchange processed.

Following receipt of your item(s) and once we ensure the product is in it's full original undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund. 

Should you want to make a return, please email us at sales@renewableoutdoors.com with your order number and we will assist you.  

DAMAGES

If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@renewableoutdoors.com the day of. Renewable Outdoors will pay for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturers warranty.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have been processed will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a product does not support the policy, it will be stated in the product description.
